Frequently asked questions
Yes. Everything you enter in My Meds — medications, dosages, supplies — stays exclusively on your device. We never send it to external servers.
The free version already includes all of the app's core features. Premium removes ads, unlocks Home Screen widgets — so you can see your next dose and refill countdown without even opening the app — and gives you access to additional themes to personalize the app's look.
Just uninstall the app from your device — since your data lives only there, it's removed along with it.
Yes, My Meds works completely offline. A connection is only needed to load ads.
Privacy Policy
Who we are
My Meds is an app developed by Erica Montani. This policy plainly explains how the data of anyone using the app is handled.
Data collected by the app
My Meds does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data you enter. Medications, dosages, and supplies stay saved locally on your device and are never accessible to third parties.
Advertising and data collected by third parties (Google AdMob)
The free version of My Meds shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- Device identifiers (IDFA), for ad personalization
- App usage data, to measure ad performance
- Approximate location, for geographically relevant ads
- Diagnostic and crash data
This data is handled by Google under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Tracking authorization (ATT)
In line with Apple's App Tracking Transparency rules, My Meds asks for your consent before accessing the device's advertising identifier. You can deny or revoke it at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
In-app purchases
Premium is purchased through Apple's in-app purchases. My Meds does not collect or store any payment data — everything is handled directly by Apple, under its own terms.
Children
My Meds is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here, along with the update date.
